• Add to Inquiry Basket | Abbott toolfast offers radius and angle dresser from gin chan machinery co ltd of taiwan. This is a precision grinding wheel dresser on a surface grinding machine or a universal grinding machine to dress the grinding wheel to any desired form - any combination of tangents and radius - either convex or concave. This radius and angle dresser reduces set-up and dressing time to bare minimum due to its simple design. All critical parts made of suitable materials are hardened and ground for longer life. For setting of radius it does not need a height gauge. Radius is set by measuring over the pins with the help of micrometer or by inserting gauge blocks between the pins for direct reading. Hence, the radius can be set very accurately. Similarly, angle can also be set very accurately with the help of graduations provided on the flange periphery having a main scale. By having both the features of radius and angle in one, grinding wheel can be dressed at an angle, which is tangent to radius dressed.
