| Elitech machine tools provides teksol hydraulic cylindrical grinders that is capable of achieving a high degree accuracy of roundness and cylindricity on jobs. These grinders are suitable for production as well as tool-room applications. The company supplies these precision hydraulic cylindrical grinders in mechanical, hydraulic, sizers, plcs in different models in 350 to 1000 mm admit between centre with internal grinding attachment option. The grinders are available with salient features like internal grinding spindle runs in two precision match-pair angular contact bearings; heavy rigid casting body has v-flat guide ways that are precision hand-scraped to match corresponding surface of table slides with continuous automatic lubrication; hydraulic system consists of pump valves, oil tank, piping, levers, etc and nickel chrome steel rigid work head and wheel-head spindles specially hardened and grounded for high dimension, stability, accuracy and long life. The precision hydraulic cylindrical grinders have a work head swivelled for angular grinding and table swivelled for between centre taper grinding and spring loaded hardened and grounded tail stock spindle having mt-3/ mt-4 morse taper.
