This fully automatic pump controller and indicator is a device that works 24 hrs a day, round the year to ensure that the overhead tank always has sufficient water. It also indicates the level of water in the sump tank as well as over-head tank. The device is suitable for pumps up to 3-phase, 100 hp. For higher rating pumps [above 1 hp] it can be used only with a suitable contactor. It is suitable for every type of tank regardless of capacity or dimensions and comes with sturdy sensing probes that monitor the water levels in the tanks. The operation is fully automatic and safe. The voltage applied for sensing is so low that putting hands in the tank while it is on is safe. Besides, it starts only if the water is available in the sump tank the pump will automatically stop when either. The overhead water level reaches the high level probe [meaning it is full] to stop overflow or the sump water level goes below the low level probe [meaning it is out of water] to prevent dry running of the pump. In case after starting of pump water does not reach upper tank in 2-3 min, it will stop the pump and give hooter sound.
