A system developed by sands for electricity utilities is unique in many ways. It also gives out power factor, phase angle, power and energy consumed per phase [active, reactive and apparent]. In can also be programmed to give out records of any tampering, wilful or otherwise. And can store data for a period of forty five to 90 days for downloading and further processing.
