It designed for a wide variety of continuous stationery, it is easy to set up and use.
Precision crimping provides crimp-holds which are correctly tenacious for good operating conditions on data processing equipment yet separate as required after the edp print run is over.
The entire loading, setting, adjustment and operations of the machine is simple, easy and fast and even an unskilled operator can rapidly achieve proficiency and high productivity.
The pin wheel assembly design is far superior to conventional design and the crimping knives have compound cutting angles and are manufactured to very close tolerances for longer life. The geometry of the crimp knives ensures long blade life.
The crimping unit is designed for high-speed, accurately repeating crimping with 4 tongue crimp-holds specially formed to provide feeding tenacity. It permits quick release when required.
The unit has an electronic revolution counter.
The unit is covered by a 12 month standard warranty for all mechanical and electrical parts.
