| Vimsons aerosol provides vim spray brand mould release spray, mr 10. This is an aerosol spray based on special versatile grade of silicone fluid. It is an excellent mould release agent for moulding of all kinds of plastic and rubber materials. Its advantageous feature are, it facilities the easy and quick removal of moulded articles from moulds and dies. Because of this favorable feature there is a increases in production of all sizes and types of plastics and rubber articles. Also lessens breakage of moulded articles. Thus saves precious time and reduces the cost per piece. Its advantages include : it is economical, gives higher number of mouldings per single application, suitable for both core and injection moulding, being a good release agent reduces flow friction of plastics/rubber in the mould thereby assuring defectless moulded articles, non-flammable, non-sticking and crystal clear, non-staining, safe to use, has very high lubricating properties, water repellent, non-toxic and non-corrosive.
