Thermopac boilers presents thermic fluid heaters that are designed specially to gain best results even of 340[c. Low temperature difference in outlet and inlet of thermic fluid reduces fuel consumption and ensures even heat transfer in thermic fluid. The specially designed heating coil of the heater minimises pressure drop to 1.5 kg/cm2 max. High flow hot oil circulating pump reduces skin temperature of heating coil and increases life of the coil. Use of best quality tubes from ti or tisco and adoption of latest coil winding technology guarantees concentricity. Testing at various stages of making ensures long life of coil of thermomet. Computer aided designed combustion chamber with concentric heating coil placed in double shell makes three pass design which ensures high heat transfer. Percentage of carbon dioxide in the flue gases is as low as 13% indicating good combustion of fuel. Stack temperature is as low as 210[c to 250[c resulting in minimum energy loss. The heater comes with safety features such as flow switch, oil temp, switch, stack temp switch, pump motor interlock, flame sensor, oil level switch and hooter alarm. It is designed as per din 4754, which means easy operation, minimum down time, less maintenance cost, longer thermic fluid life and efficiency as high as per cent.
