Summits hygronics manufactures heatless pressure swing adsorption air dryers with non-lubricated switching valves to direct wet compressed air entering drying tower from pre and oil removing filters at the lower end. The fluidisation of desiccant can be prevented as a result of the unique design of the tower in the pressure swing adsorption air dryer. To depressurise the regenerating tower approximately ten percent dry air is directed to atmospheric pressure and regenerate desiccant. The pressure swing adsorption air dryer comes with a muffler through which the purge air exits after moisture is removed and solenoid valves to control the switching and exhaust valves. These presuure swing adsorption air dryer is based on energy management controller which enables it to shift towers after preset time and minimise purge loss.
