| Quicloc pvt ltd manufactures hydraulic/pneumatic work support jacks which are applicable for use in providing self-adjusting rest for work-piece during machining operations. The plunger is positioned against the work-piece with an adjustable light spring force and when hydraulic/pneumatic pressure is applied, it is locked and resists repositioning. This operation of these hydraulic/pneumatic work support jacks provide support to work-piece and absorbs cutting load and vibration during machining. These jacks find applications in compensating work-piece irregularities; deflection and vibration under machining loads. These machines give good flatness of machined surface;greater quality and accuracy of end product and can increase productivity. These hydraulic/pneumatic work support jacks are available with advantages of low cost and simple operation, reduced manpower fatigue and low cost automation.
