| Qu-con has developed highly accurate, reliable yet economical 3-way control smart control valves for very precise temperature control for hot thermo oil systems. These smart valves come with a intelligent feedback electronic valve positioner interface card module capable of constantly giving feedback signals from valve to pid controllers. Thesesmart control valves are available with american kz-2 friction free gland packing which provides it with advantages of negligible stem friction, dead band and backlash thus the control signals are immediately converted in to stem movement giving very accurate valve positioning for minutest change in feedback signals. Accurate positioning of the smart valves in proportion to signals received in proportion to temperature change prevent position overshoots like in other control valves and so control temperature very accurately. The company supplies smart control valves in globe type design made in wcb cast carbon steel astm a216 body and ss 304 trim material as per lukas spa, italy specifications. These control valves are offered in 25 mm to 155 mm sizes with on-off as well as linear proportionate characteristics. These smart control valves are available with salient features such as v/v1 leakage class and # 150 and 300 pressure class. The company also provide with motorized valves accepting 4-20 ma signal from pt-100 rtd sensors and are controlled by self tuned maxthermo/brainchild pid controllers of taiwan origin having fuzzy logics. The feedback signals from valve are fed to pid controller through electronic valve positioner interface card module.
