| Prime technologies has manufactured form mas, which is a computerized conversion of mechanically sound roundness tester. Based on windows-based software/hardware system, the pc retrofit for roundness tester form mas is a powerful yet simple tool for fast and accurate measurement of various form parameters according to iso/din standards. Form mas tester is suitable to provide quality control and achieve levels of measurement previously unobtainable. The form mas tester is useful for measuring/ analysing parameters like rotational measurement-roundness, eccentrically [lsc/mcc/mic/mzc]; coaxiality; flatness; parallelism; axial run out; cylindricity; concentricity; square ness; radial run out; total run out; slope dr/dø; and radial, axial thickness deviation. The instrument is also useful for rectilinear measurement of straightness [lsl], square ness, parallelism, and taper ratio. The form mas testers are available with salient features like computer aided centring and tilting; automatic computation of polar and linear form parameters; tolerance values can be entered for each parameter; data omission program for incomplete circumferences; linear representation of rotational measurements; profile editing program; angle-deviation report; measurement of oval diameters; recompilation of measurement results with new set conditions; reports can be stored and recalled according to various criteria.
