Prime technologies presents a unique pneumatic 3-dimensional manipulator for material handling, automation and processing . Pneumatic operation generates a wide variety of features (weight detection, overload prevention, interlock control, automatic balancing, emergency stop, fall-down prevention, rapid arm lift prevention control, etc). Its features are arm action completely follows the operator’s motion (up/down, back/forward and right/left); compact design and wide operation range; easy operation (without any complicated switch control), easy to manipulate; dependable pneumatic system, easy maintenance; and the vertical position of the arm is steadily retained in order to permit for greater ease of use. The specifications are as follows: manipulator type - stationary and floor mounted; max weight lifted - 30 kg; lift - 1500 mm; minimum position of gripper - 525 mm; maximum position of gripper - 2025 mm; reach 2000 mm (max) 1800 mm (min); rotation - 180° at turret; and controls - pneumatic balancing of load.
