These need high spindle clarity and speed. Its advantages are as follows: minimum deviation of hole axis, high quality surface finish, specially for finishing of short chipping materials like cast iron, heat treated cast iron, malleable cast iron and high silicon aluminium alloys. These solid carbide burnishing reamers are available in grades k10, k30 and p40 in microfine. The following coatings are available on request: tin, ticn and tiain.
