• Add to Inquiry Basket | Nugen machineries manufactures trimans extra edge hydraulic shearing machines in 20 mm, 25 mm and 32 mm length and 2.5-to 4m-thickness range with accuracies as per international standards. This hydraulic shearing machine comprises of horizontally mounted single cylinder with pair of bell crank leavers for simplest hydraulic system. All lever pivots are assembled with permanently self-lubricated spherical bearings and the rake angle can be adjusted by push button for twist-free shearing. The hydraulic shears are available with salient features like guides located outside the side frames makes possible use much longer and wider guides for accurate guidance to cutting beam and visual inspection of guides for wear without dismantling the ram; mechanical leverage multiples the tonnage of the cylinder permitting small cylinder; ram moves at 1.5º angle to vertical to avoid non-cutting edges of blade from rubbing against the sheet and avoid trapping of cut sheets between bottom blade and back gauge. The shears have four sides of top and bottom hchcr blades usable reducing regrinding costs; segments of top and bottom blade are interchangeable for easy regrinding and part replacement. The blade clearance of these hydraulic shears is calibrated for material thickness and can be accurately set by push button. |
