| Nugen offersmanufactures trimans light gauge hydraulic shearing machines built as per accuracies recommended by imtma standards in a range of thicknesses up to 3.15 mm [10 swg] and widths of 1,250 mm, 1,500 mm, 2,000 mm, 2,500 mm and 3,000 mm. These machines are suitableefficient for shearing metallic and non-metallic materials and can be easily integrated for on-line shearing applications such as cut-to-length line, roll forming line, and coil build-up line. Two small cylinders at the rear synchronised by a torsion tube provide undercrank hydraulic drive to the cutting beam. The hydraulic powerpack and electrical control panel are assembled from internationally reputed brand components. Hydraulic shears offer provides many benefitsadvantages over conventional mechanical shears. Built-in overload protection shields the machine and the blades from being damaged due to overload or misuse. The uniform gentle shearing reducesdecreases impact load on blades enhancing their life, reducing regrinding costs and permitting shearing of brittle or coated sheets which crack when sheared on mechanical machines. The noiseless, vibrationfree, pushbutton footswitch operation improves working atmosphereenvironment, and reduces operator fatigue. There are few moving and wearing parts hence least maintenance or downtime. Unlike mechanical shears, wear does not reduce shearing capacity hence the machine has unlimited service life. The ram automatically reverses on completion of the cut irrespective of the job length reducing idle travel and increasing productivity for smaller jobs.
