| Nugen machineries supplies variable rake angle shears built as per the accuracies suggested by din 55804, which can shear from 4 mm to 16 mm in length of 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000 and 4000 mm these hydraulic shears machines are suitable for shearing metallic and non-metallic materials and can be easily integrated for on-line shearing applications such as cut to length line, roll forming line, coil built up line, galvanizing line, etc. Two small cylinders at the rear synchronized by differential areas provide undertake hydraulic drive to the cutting beam and thus avoids complicated hydraulic circuits and imported servo valves. The top beam is guided by three point roller guides with replaceable hardened liners for minimum wear which eliminates lubrication of guides. The rake angle can be varied by pre-selection through a selector switch on the hvr box to permit shearing higher thickness than nominal capacity and facilitating distortion free shearing of thin sheets. Clearance can be adjusted without need of feeler guages from minimum 0.05 mm required for shearing up to 32 swg sheets to that required for maximum rated capacity manually by lever. Hydraulic shears offer many advantages over conventional mechanical shears. The shears are built-in over load protection, protects the machine and the blades against damages due to overload and misuse. There is also less power consumption, least wear and minimum maintenance reduces operating costs and down time.
