Nugen machineries supplies fixed rake [fr series] hydraulic shears as per accuracies suggested by din 55804, which can shear from 2 mm to 6 mm in the length of 1200, 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000 mm.
Its salient features--
- minimum permissible deflections as per guidelines provided by imtma standards;
- pair of cylinders forces cutting beam with a torque tube for synchronisation;
- hydraulic system built-in the machine, saves space;
- latest imported sealing elements give longer life to duly honed cylinder with hard chrome plated rods;
- instantaneous ram stoppage and hydraulic overload safety provides maximum safety for machine and operator;
- least impact loads gives better blade life, noiseless operation which improves working atmosphere and eliminates need to isolate the machine;
- easiest & fastest clearance setting arrangement with direct calibration to thickness;
- less power consumption, least wear & maintenance reduces operating costs and down time;
- both top and bottom hchcr blades have four usable edges and can be provided in completely interchangeable segments;
- no reduction in capacity due to periodical wear hence unlimited machine service life;
- major hydraulic valves are rated for 315 bar yet maximum required working pressure is less than 140 bar ensuring trouble free operation;
- roller guides on ram with hardened replaceable plates give unlimited life and all pivot joints provided permanently self lubricated bearings. Hence no regular lubrication required on machine;
- back gauge automatically moves away from bottom blade offer shearing to avoid trapping of cut strips between them.
