| Nugen manufactures trimans hydraulic rear cylinder press brakes in capacities ranging from 20 to 600 tonnes, and working lengths from 1,250 mm to 4,000 mm, built as per accuracies recommended by imtma standards. Trimans r series press brakes are a twin-cylinder [rear mounted] hydraulically operated press brakes. Two hydraulic cylinders at the rear are synchronised by a torsion tube exerting the bending tonnage through linkages offering distinct advantages over conventional front cylinder hydraulic press brakes. Built-in overload protection in hydraulics and electricals shields the machine and toolings from being damaged due to misuse or overload. Longer strokes with full tonnage availability throughout the stroke enable the use of longer combination toolings and versatile operations. Instantaneous stoppages and quick reversals reduce chances of accidents and help avoid job rejections. Three speed operations with bending at slow speed and faster idle travels during approach and return reduce the impact on materials. These machines are useful for sheet metal fabricators and for bending, pressing, punching, notching, piercing, blanking, perforating, and embossing with special toolings. Trimans press brakes are offered as a standard execution with electrical control panel with selection of auto, inch and single cycle auto mode of operations, a pair of foot-switches, sheet supports, manual back gauge, one 5-way die and blade and a centralised lubrication system with hand pump. Motorised back gauge and nc back gauge [x-axis] are also offered as optionals on the machines. Digital range of rear cylinder press brakes manufactures maximum advantages of automation by adding features like nc stroke [y-axis] control through programmable controller with sufficient memory capacity. Digital range replaces cnc requirement in simpler and cost effective manner. These machines are easily upgradable for more automatic features.
