• Add to Inquiry Basket | Nugen machineries manufactures trimans variable rake angle hydraulic shearing machines conforming to the international standards having range of 4-16mm sheet thickness and length of 1500-4000mm. The two hydraulic cylinders mounted on the cutting beam provide a shearing force and synchronize the two cylinders by differential area principle hence simplifying the hydraulic circuit. The selector switch on the panel box helps adjusting the rake angle of the shearing blade thereby enabling cutting of higher thickness than nominal capacity and facilitating twist-free shearing of thin sheets. The three pre-loaded roller system guides the cutting beam accurately on both sides at an angle of 1-1.5o to the vertical so as to avoid the non-cutting edges of the blade from rubbing against the sheet and also prevent trapping of cut sheets between the bottom blade and back gauge. The blade clearance is calibrated in for different thickness and can be accurately set by the lever. All the four sides of top and bottom hchcr blades are usable, and reduce regrinding and part replacement. The hydraulic hold-downs are located very close to the blade and provide for positive gripping of sheets enabling distortion-free shearing of narrow strips. The shear automatically returns on completion of the cut irrespective of what may be the job length, reducing the meaningless travel.
