| Nugen machinery introduces cnc auto turret punch presses manufactured by tailift of taiwan. This product is accessible with working size ranging from 100mm to 4980mm. They are used for punching & forming. They are suitable for manufacturing different type of products, like precision enclosures, control cabinets, air conditioning case & aerospace parts. The most important part of this machine is the closed 0 frame designed using finite element analysis & model testing, fabricated with premium steel & advanced welding technology. This ultra-rigid frame strengthens a positive tool & die alignment throughout the punching process. As a result, misrepresentation resulting from the punching process is minimized to a large extent, thus, enabling a regular die clearance & greater life expectancy. The punching machine depicts high-speed movement & exact positioning. Table controlled by the cnc moves the work piece at high speed in both x & y directions. The slide advances on hardened precision linear guideways with anti-friction bearings & is moved by ac servomotors, which do not require any maintenance. The work piece is fastened to the x slide of the co-ordinate table by three patent clamps. The work piece moves on combined floating ball & brush table. Y directional ball screw is designed in the identical level with slides, declining the advancement & therefore assuring consistent transmission & greater life expectancy.
