| Nugen machineries ltd has come out with nc variable rake angle hydraulic shears, which ranges from a capacity of 4 mm * 2,500 mm to 16 mm * 4,000 mm.
It is constructed from is2062 gr.B silicon and ultrasonically tested steel plates to tolerate continuous, and minimum deflection ynder full load. Hence it remains tough due to its well dimensioned all welded structure.
It includes brilliant features like synchronization of the two cylinders during operation, which is achieved by the differential area principle. The operated console is mounted on the side of the control panel with machine controls, nc back gauge controls, and rake angle adjustments controls.
The general characteristics of the controller are:
Programming of axis position, positions correction, and step repetition.
Lcd display, and protection against miscounting.

Assembled in such a way that it moves away from bottom cutting blades as the cutting progresses, thus ensuring that the sheets do not get trapped between the blades.
The unique shape of the back gauge bar eliminates the need to adjust the gauge bar when the rake angle is changed.
