| Metfab manufactures press brakes with programmable nc stroke and led display controller in accordance to the limit guidelines of imtma. These press brakes come in a rugged structure with deflections in 20 mt to 500 mt capacities and 1500, 2100, 2500, 3100, 4100, 5100 mm working lengths. These press brakes from mehtab machines can store different parameters of up to 64 different strokes sufficient for optimal stroke settings for popular bend angles, thicknesses, tools. These machines are progammable to operate in any desired sequence depending on the job in hand giving a better result. The ram slows down towards end of forward and return travels for minimal shock loads. These press brakes are programmable for shortest cycle time for each stroke the top and bottom stroke travel limits,with speed change point, pinch point, etc. During air bending, ram stroke needs to be adjusted often for di-bend angles, job thicknesses, toolings or for jobs requiring multiple bends along same or different edges due to changes in sheet stiffness and hence material spring-back. The press brakes with nc stokes can easily gauge the bend position with the help of set of micro adjustable back stops and from the front with stops mounted on sheet supports with inlaid scale. A single handling can easily process jobs with up to four different bend angles-dimensions.
