| Metallica manufactures extremely accurate, strong albrecht super chucks which are wrench- lock drill chucks with integral shank and are highly resistant to wear. These wrench- lock drill chucks with integral shank come with features of self-tightening and hardened and accurately fitting parts. Wrench lock chucks model have bt and iso tapers integral shanks which make them ideal for cnc milling applications the overall length is shorter than same capacity of other super keyless chuck mounted on separate v flange arbor. The shorter length and one piece construction of these wrench- lock drill chucks with integral shank provides more rigid design than separate chuck and arbor. The integral shank eliminates possibility of the chuck slipping on an arbor. These wrench lock chucks are cost-effective than other conventional chuck/arbor combination. The other major advances on older model include wrench lock chucks incorporate wrench flats for additional tightening force. These wrench lock chucks are very much similar to the super keyless chucks as the both styles can be opened and closed by hand. However an additional tightening force to wrench lock chucks by using a wrench.
