| Mechelonic engineers manufactures spot welder with inverter power source. This is based on medium frequency welding technology [mf]. This power source is designed to meet the increasing demand of quality, quantity, and speed in resistance welding techniques. Mf system provides several advantages compared to the conventional systems such as extremely compact and lightweight transformers, fast millisecond current regulations, energy saving, and high quality weld joints. The medium frequency system delivers direct current of highest quality by transforming the 50 hz mains voltage into 1,000 hz. This frequency enables a wide range of welding tasks, long electrode life, and low energy consumption. This welding is advantageous due to low-weld spatter, less imprint and deformation, shorter weld time and lower weld current.
