• Add to Inquiry Basket | Marshall industries manufactures micro turn cnc turning machine. It is a versatile, rigid, productive and most economical cnc slant bed turning centre. It has been equipped to make a wide range of jobs to a very high degree of accuracy and surface finish. All the machine elements used such as lm guides, ball screws, bearings, etc, are the best. These machines are assembled and tested according to the highest international standards. Thus jobs are able to be actually machined in a tolerance band of a few microns. These machines are useful for hard metal turning of heat-treated components to eliminate grinding. High precision lm guide ways on z-axis provides accuracy, long life and high rapid speeds. Hardened and ground rectangular box ways on x-axis with trucite lined mating surfaces includes another feature. Spindles are mounted on high precision angular contact bearings. Servo motors with absolute encoders are directly joined to double nut `backlashfree` high precision, ground ball screw. The machine includes high capacity coolant tank. Chip trolley is separate from machine base, so as to prevent transfer and easy to remove chip and to clean tank. |
