Marshall industries introduces a wide range of heavy duty slant bed turning centers incorporating precision, flexibility and productivity. The centres have a very rigid "true 45° slant bed" structure resulting in greater rigidity and better vibration damping, which assures heavier cuts, repeatability, better job accuracy, better surface finish, longer tool life and machine life. Apart from single spindle turning centers a range of two spindle and four spindle [design registered] machines are offered which are ideally suited for chucking jobs requiring quality, high productivity and flexibility. These machines incorporate the principle of sequential production wherein one job is loaded/unloaded at a station while machining is in process at the other station. This ensures zero down-time of the machine. Option of cnc controls is between siemens, sinumerik 802d/810d which are very user friendly with advanced features and fanuc 0i/otd with alpha series servo motors.
