M r engineer offers deep drawing double action hydraulic press. This is a very special type of hydraulic press with hydraulic die-cushion for manufacturing utensils. This press has one more punch or pressing cylinder, two or four auxiliary blank holding cylinder, and one ejection cylinder. It is constructed from steel plates and rolled sections to form box section design, with precision machine platens sliding on ci guide. The presses have different controls in its hydraulic circuit to have different sequences of operation in deep drawing process. These can be operated electrically by solenoid actuated valve or manually by hand lever or foot pedal valve. Auxiliary cylinders hold the sheet metal blank to be pressed. Main cylinder presses the die to form the finished product from the blank. The ejector cylinder ejects out the product when the operation is over. The die-cushioning is also provided. Capacity from 5 tonne to 500 tonne. Available for various applications of deep drawing of metal sheets of different gauges.
