M m m buxabhoy offers vacuum filling machine which is designed to continuously fill bottles of various shapes and sizes with accurate quantities of various liquids such as syrups, oils, perfumes, liquid soaps, milk, beverages, aftershave lotions and many other liquids. It is compact and occupies very little space. The four castors provided under the machine render it mobile. Ergonomically designed and economically priced, the machine is available with one, two or four head configurations to enable filling of one, two or four different types of liquids at the same time. The machine is basically built on a frame of sturdy angles. It runs on a single phase motor coupled to vacuum pump responsible for the creation of vacuum which actually sucks the liquid. The table top and other contact parts are made of stainless steel. The operation of filling a bottle is extremely simple. The bottle to be filled is pressed under the sponge washers provided under the heads with the nozzle inside the bottle. As soon as this is done, liquid starts flowing in and fills up to the required quantity after which the excess liquid flows back to the reservoir through an arrangement of pvc pipes. The bottle is now removed and the operation repeated for the next bottle. Depending on the height of the bottle a fixed number of bottles/hour can be continuously filled. The machine is designed such that it requires very little maintenance. All the parts of the machine are either painted with enamel paint or chrome plated to increase their resistivity against some sticky liquids such as syrups and squashes thus increasing the life of the machine. The company also offers other filling equipments, soda/aerated water machines and equipments, lapping, seaming/sealing, packaging tools and equipments and food processing equipments.
