| Ludwig flow equipments manufactures spray ball which is a simple and highly effective device for the internal washing of process and storage tanks. These spray balls are powered by the cleaning fluid to generate a dense spray for cleaning every part of the vessel and have only one moving part and zero maintenance. No lubrication is necessary which prevents any risks of oil or grease contamination to the product making it ideally suitable for hygiene sensitive applications. These spray balls are widely accepted for applications in food, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries where fast and thorough cleaning is essential. These versatile units operate with a wide variety of chemicals and detergents in frequently hostile environments and temperatures. The company also provide low flow spray ball versions for applications where there are limitations on supply or disposal of water. These spray balls provide simple and efficient answer to the requirement of spraying device that give complete coverage of the surface being cleaned. The spray balls are available with no moving parts and efficiently distributes cleaning solutions at pressure of about 2 - 8 kg/cm2. These spray balls are made of high-grade stainless steel aisi 316 and 20% carbon ptfe bearing sleeves. Spray balls can be used with chemicals and detergents at temperatures up to 120°c/248°f and must not be lubricated. This can be cleaned, if necessary, by flushing in a mild detergent solution. With only one moving part, no maintenance is required.
