Ludwig flow equipments offers a drum cleaning system. In pharmaceutical and food industry, maintaining sterile/hygienic conditions are being given top priority. Many of the drums being used have to be thrown after a single use. This drum cleaning system provides a solution for this problem. The drum (any size) to be cleaned has to be loaded on the frame, which automatically moves the drum to a vertical standing position for cleaning it. The drum could be of any size, the company can innovate the design to offer a tailor-made system. The drum is then cleaned internally with the help of the nozzles. The liquid that is normally used for cleaning is either detergent solution or hot water. Steam is then given in order to sterilize the drum. Finally the residue liquid is dried with dry air. External cleaning takes place with the help of nozzles. Typical applications for drum cleaning include the chemical industry, the oil industry, the paint industry, the food industry, the beverage industry, pharmaceutical industry, cosmetic industry, bio industry, dairy products, petroleum products, agro based industry, dye industry, textile industry.
