| Kjn enterprise manufactures silent air knives that are compressed air knives useful for a wide range of applications. These knives are used in many industries for jobs like replacing of drilled pipe, rows of nozzles used for blow-off, cleaning, drying or cooling. This silent air knife creates a laminar flow of air along its length using "coanda" effect. This airflow entrains a large air volume from surrounding area along with small amount of compressed air from the silent air knife to produce up to 30 times output flow. This airflow operation helps in reducing both compressed air consumption and noise levels compared to drilled pipes or rows of nozzles. The company will provide payback on compressed air savings in few weeks in some applications. These kjn silent air knives are useful for applications like automotive-remove water, coolant, dust and scrap in parts manufacturing and in assembly operations, to cool parts; bottling-blow off of water prior to labeling, palletising or packaging, moving light materials, open and close packaging lids or tops; chemicals-blow off of chemicals or water prior to labeling or packaging as with bottling operations; food-re-moves water from product or packaging; control of some materials to sugar, icing, etc food products, open pouches in bagging operations, dry food; and general manufacturing-part ejection, air curtain barrier, dust and liquid blow off from all types of parts; and replacing fans in some cooling operations. The silent air knives are suitable for applications in metals, paper and lumber, plastic, printing, pharmaceutical and textile industries.
