Presented by kjn enterprises air press, which like any other hand, steam power or hydraulic press is a simple device. However it caters versatility and flexibility that other designs do not proffer. Its features are low capital and running costs; compact yet rugged; tonnage and speed can be adjusted with a touch of fingers; fail-safe, rejecting risk of human error and damage to human or machine components; can be used in explosive areas and with explosive materials; cushioning of stroke possible; standard components easily offered and replaceable; easy response; quick response; and easy installation, operation and maintenance. These presses are offered in a variety of models to suit the specific needs of the customer like single, two or four pillar, arbor type of c-type frames. Daylight, working area, stroke and tonnage can be designed as per the requirements of the customer. Accessories like different types of actuation valves, silencers, lubricator, sequence operator, non return valves, safety valves, flow control valves, air filter, regulator, quick exhaust valves, etc, can be incorporated with design of presses. Completely automatic pneumatically and electro-pneumatically controlled presses can also be developed for any type of application.
