KJN Enterprises is a licensee of Nex Flow ™ Air Products Corp, Canada for their Silent X-Stream ™ Air Blade. The X-STREAM ™ Air Blade or Air Knife includes air consumption approx. 2.9 SCFM per inch at 80 psig with force and noise levels and 83 dBA at 80 psig or 5.5. Bar and 6" [152 mm] from the target. The Silent X-Steam ™ Air Blade is ideal for use due to very low noise levels, and it uses less air than a standard air blade or air knife at the same pressure. This Silent Air Blade can be mounted end to end for longer lengths of continuous flow. X-Stream ™ Air-Blade or air knives is easy to mount and maintain. It has the most efficient design for reducing noise levels and yet providing the optimum in blow-off energy.
Features:
Includes full flow design with rear port mounting to avoid interference with entrained air flow, optimizing air amplification and minimizing noise levels
Made of aluminum and is gold coated for longer life
Stainless steel models are available for high temperature and corrosive applications
Air inlet ports on the back for a compact design and minimal air interference
Airflow amplification of approximately 40:1 compared to 3:1 for drilled pipe or open jets and tubes
Instant on-off with no moving parts, no electricity or explosion hazard
