| Kavitsu techniques has introduced planeto speed reducers working on the planetary gear principle. They provide the best combination of compactness and robustness. The gears and other components are made to meet the modern production and design concept. Based on differnet sizes, each gearbox has nominal rated torque value and can be offered in various fixed ratios. The manufacturing range covers from mini planetary with i kgm torque rating up to a heavy duty planetary gearbox with a torque rating of 3,000 kgm. The fixed reduction ratios are provided in a range of 3.38 to 7.2 in single stage and more in multistage. These gearboxes are suitable for transmitting power from fractional hp to 50 hp and for different mountings such as foot, flange, and agitator. The range fulfills the requirements of many industries and quality standards along with standardisation of components. It finds application in chemical, textile, materials handling, machine tools, robotics, paper, food processing, and dairy equipment.
