| Kali srp manufactures rithika which is an automatic pick and place systems technology for use in innovative ways for machine loading/unloading application. This automatic loading/unloading system is modular built with a pick and place system combined with vibratory bowl feeders as feeding systems and is integrated with an 8-station machining centre to construct totally automated feeder systems. The machine can be applied for loading components into a machining centre for machining process. The components are to be fed for machining into a parent machine having a rotary table with seven machining centres and one loading/unloading station. The valves are fed along a vibratory bowl feeder. The pick and place system has a two gripper configuration with one gripper mounted on an extending telescopic arm. The system is targeted at increasing 60% utilization of the parent machine. The loading/unloading system is controlled by a plc based controller unit which takes care of all safety interlocks with the parent machine, like ensuring rotary table indexing completion and mandrel clamp open before unloading machined component and loading fresh component, ensuring machining completion in each machining centre etc.
