| Kali srp provides offers pick & place systems technology. This technology is used , which can be used in innovative ways for machine loading/unloading. To construct assembly systems, tthese modular systems can also be combined with rotary tables and feeding systems, to construct assembly systems. An example is the assembly station, ragas, built by the company to assemble grease nipples. This system assembles tthree individual parts, viz, a body, a ball and a spring are assembled by this grease nipple assembly system. The system with its twin mandrel configuration can produce 31,000 assemblies/shift. Ragas is controlled by a central microprocessor unit, which also carries a powerful fault announciation system which . It incorporates a 100% inspection facility. That checks tthe presence of the ball in the assembly, the right orientation of the sprint, the manufacturing errors in the component fed for the assembly and secured locking of the spring in the body are checked by this assembly. This grease nipple assembly system it also carries a feature by which that prevents the entry of two balls in a single assembly is prevented. The system comprises an eight station rotary table with four functional stations. This system and requires only a single operator [in a supervisory role].
