| Kali srp offers extassy, a robotic assembly station, which assembles small household appliances. The company has manufacture this is the latest station in the series of robotic assembly stations made by the company. The system has been built with multiple units of pick and place robotic system damini, an indexing table, vibratory bowl feeders, etc. It can assemble 60,000 units over a day and is being controlled by a microprocessor based control system. The system includes 8 operational stations and includes stations for special operations, like online crimping, pressing, etc. The unit also inspects 100% of the finished assemblies before it ejects the assembled unit. Exstassy also handles complicated operations like lead straightening of electrical contacts in its assembly operation. It assures the finished assembly free from any man induced errors in the assembly process, using the watchful eyes of its microprocessor control system.
