Automatic loading/unloading system is the latest enticement from kali srp techomologie ltd. It can be used in innovative ways for machine loading/unloading application. This modular system can also be linked with vibratory bowl feeders as feeding systems, to construct totally automated feeder systems. It is for loading components into a machining centre for machining process. It is built with a pick and place system and a vibratory bowl feeder and is integrated with an 8-station machining centre. The valves are fed along a vibratory bowl feeder. The pick and place system has a two gripper configuration with one gripper mounted on an extending telescopic arm. The system is targeted at increasing the parent machine utilization by 60%. It is controlled by a plc based controller unit, which takes care of all safety interlocks with the parent machine, like ensuring the rotary table indexing completion and mandrel clamp open before unloading machined component and loading fresh component, ensuring machining completion in each machining centre, etc.
