| Joyam engineers & consultants manufactures mechanical vacuum booster system. Selection of the right type and right size of vacuum pump is very important aspect of any process and it depends upon desired vacuum, capacity at desired vacuum, time period within which vacuum has to be achieved and volume of vessel. If the size and type of vacuum pump is not correct, the cost of production and variable cost will also increase. The company develops joyam vacuum booster systems in latest technique capable of developing 5 torr to 0.50 torr vacuum. The system consists of the combination of roots blower and vacuum pump. The vacuum pump will act as a backing pump. The company supplies the mechanical vacuum pumps in a wide range of water-ring vacuum pump or oil-seal vacuum pump as per the process requirement. Mechanical vacuum booster system is designed in following combination: blower and water ring vacuum pump; blower and oil sealed rotary high vacuum pumps; and blower, oil sealed rotary high vacuum pumps and steam ejector. The booster systems are available with salient features like low operating cost and high volumetric efficiency and 240m3/hr [4,000 lt/min] to 5,998m3/hr [1,00,000 lt/min] capacity.
