• Add to Inquiry Basket | Joyam engineers & consultants provided monoblock modern design water-ring vacuum pumps that are very compact, easy-to-install, easy-to-assemble, mobile and simple design with smooth operation. These vacuum pumps are connected to the motor shaft. They develop maximum vacuum of 680 mm of hg, when sealing water temperature is around 30ºc [755 mm of hg barometric pressure & suction temperature of 30ºc]. The pumps operate at low water consumption and low pressure, i.E. 0.3 to 0.5 kg/cm². Capacity ranges from 14 m³/hr to 123 m³/hr. Material of construction is as per process requirements. Salient features include: simple & rugged construction; trouble-free operation; easy handling dust laded & aggressive gases; and higher capacity at higher vacuum as compared to single stage vacuum pumps [claims the company]. Fields of application are dehydrates & filtration processes, distillation, evaporation & drying, deodorization evacuation, sterilizing, conveying, venting & sucking, etc. As these pumps are compact, they can be easily taken from one place to another.
