| Joyam engineers & consultants offers mechanical vacuum booster systems that are capable of developing 5 torr to 0.50 torr vacuum. These systems consist of the combination of root blowers and vacuum pumps. The vacuum pumps act as backing pumps. The vacuum pumps can be water-ring vacuum pumps or oil-sealed vacuum pumps as per the process requirements. The mechanical vacuum booster systems are designed in the following combinations, viz, blower and water-ring vacuum pump, blower and oil-sealed rotary high vacuum pumps, blowers, oil-sealed rotary high vacuum pumps and steam ejectors. Some of their features include: low operating cost and high volumetric efficiency. Capacity is 240 m³/hr [4,000 lpm] to 5,998 m³/hr [1,00,000 lpm].
