| Joyam engineers & consultants manufactures oil sealed, rotary high vacuum pumps which are of oil-immersed, rotary vane type. The rotor, with two spring loaded vanes, is mounted eccentric in the stator body. As the rotor rotates, the vanes sweep the crescent shaped air space twice in each revolution. There is a built-in non return valve, which prevents back flow of air. The pumps manufactured from graded material and all moving parts are precisely machined, ground and assembled with close tolerances which results in increased efficiency and long trouble free operating life. The accessories include air admittance valve, air ballast and non return valve. Applications: dehydration and filtration processes, distillation, exhausting electronic tubes, gls lamps, mercury vapour lamps and tubes, vacuum sublimation, vacuum impregnation, thin film coating, refrigerator and air-conditioner servicing, freeze drying of foods, etc.
