Presented by indo-berg dense phase pressure vessel conveyors are an efficient solution to easy, low energy consumption, pollution free transport of powders and granules. Automatically the conveying system works and requires negligible maintenance compared to mechanical conveyors. It works with compressed air and its main features include: negligible power consumption, use of compressed air for conveying, lowest energy consumption when compared to other similar conveyors, easily upgraded for delivery to multiple points at low incremental costs, pressure vessel mounted on weighing load cells also record total weight conveyed and further will also convey pre-determined batch or total quantity and has very few working parts resulting in negligible maintenance. The advantages are small and fully automatic, small filter needed at reception silo/hopper, control system is plc microprocessor so it can be re-programmed to future functional and control designs, special conveying pipes and other add-on features are offered for difficult to handle or poor flowing materials, wear parts are easy to replace or repair, one conveying equipment for a dozen turns, ups and downs en-route to many delivery points. The product finds application in construction for conveying cement and fly-ash/gypsum/sand, foundries for sand, bentomite, coal, dust and dextrive and minerals processing for pulverized and micro fine powders.
