Imeco ultrasonics, pune manufactures ultrasonic water based cleaning systems in wide range. The solid state generators forms powerful ultrasonic oscillations which are converted into mechanical vibrations by the pzt sandwich transducers. The conversions results into intense scrubbing action throughout the liquid in order to pull out contaminants from hidden recesses of complicated assemblies. Ultrasonics technique of the ultrasonic acqueous cleaning systems also accelerate chemical action of cleaning media. The company can provide customer engineered ultrasonic aqueous cleaning system with various configurations, multi tanks, cold and hot rinsing, high pressure jet spray rinse, spray gun. Turbulation, hot air re-circulating and vacuum dryer. Tank sizes and numbers can be custom configured.
