• Add to Inquiry Basket | Hydax hydraulics provides double pilot check valves [model dpcv-03t].These check valves are applicable to lock a cylinder or part of a circuit and to prevent reverse flow until pilot pressure is applied. These check valves are used in free flow direction through inlet unseats ball and flow out of the cylinder port. When the control valve is centered, the load is locked. With pressure applied at the pilot piston, the load is locked. With pressure applied at the pilot piston, the ball is held open, allowing return flow. This is internally piloted. Features include: damped pilot piston reduces damaging shocks; easily replaceable seats in some models; and directional valve cylinder ports connected to the tank in centre condition. Materials of construction include: body of extruded aluminium alloy, internal parts of hardened steel, etc. Technical specifications are 30 lpm rapid flow, 210 kg/cm² working pressure, ratio of 4:1, weight of 0.48 kg, etc. |
