• Add to Inquiry Basket | Hydax hydraulics supplies flexible drive couplings. Flexible drive couplings consist of two steel gear hubs engaging in a sleeve, of high-grade plastic material. This material has superior strength and wide operating temperature range. Gears have crowned tooth form, which permits axial and angular misalignment. The couplings have undergone extensive testing under severe load conditions. They are easy to assemble and require no maintenance or lubrication. No transmission noise due to the couplings. Some of the significant features are as follows applicable to al range of hydraulic equipment and in transmission markets; maintenance-free and therefore no lubrication; crowned tooth-form gears permitting axial and angular misalignment; cost-effective and easy to assemble; two drive hubs engaging in a sleeve; compact and streamlined; and available in five sizes to suit 1 to 75 hp.
