Gayatri textile machines manufactures the entire range of spinning roll shop machines. As part of that, the company offers hydro- pneumatically operated cot grinding machine model - gcghy 200 af. It is capable of grinding all types of top rollers with accurate surface finish. This machine is provided with specially designed pneumatically operated centre-less grinding attachment for grinding ring frame & speed frame top rollers. This hydro- pneumatically operated cot grinding machine comes with following key features:
Automatic loading & unloading of top rollers with auto feeding system
Electronic timer is provided to set the grinding time.
Draw frame and comber rollers are grinded between centers with 25 mm emery.
Designed for high accuracy, more productivity with very less maintenance.
Taper grinding system is provided for comber detaching roller.
High efficient dust extraction unit is provided.
Production capacity: 325 to 350 top rollers of r/f & s/f per hour.
