Digital delstar convertor - power / energy saver : digital delstar convertor "adls", power & energy saver, which can save a lot of energy every month without sacrificing efficiency of your system.. "adls" is a automatic delstar convertor which switches the motor to star mode when the load is less than 50% and when the load increases beyond 50% it automatically switches the motor to operate in the delta mode. The digital display continuously indicates the actual current consumed. In the star mode the current consumption drops to 1/3rd there by saving a lot of energy. Any industry using a star delta motor with load variations can use "adls" and save energy. Adls is a common unit can be used with any capacity of motor by choosing appropriate current transformers. Savings that are made can be calculated, verified and monitored with in-built star and delta hour meters. These are recurring savings for your company without any additional effort or man power. Infact only the unwanted wasted energy entry otherwise is trapped and saved with adls. Apart from the direct energy savings, indirect savings include reduction in maximum demand, reduction in kva, improvement in power factor, etc. With these savings the payback period is just 1-6 months depending on the h.P and load variations on the motor. Adls can be fixed with your existing starter and motor configurations.
