| Warner electromagnetic clutch brake combination electromodule is now assembled by precision transmatic devices pvt ltd, satara. The unit is available in 6 and 24 v dc. The various feature of the electromodule are: it has modular design, therefore feet mounted/flange mounted unit with shaft/hollow shaft input and output can be assembled to suit your mounting requirement; warner patented auto gap system, therefore no need of maintenance or air gap readjustment for the end user; friction face is of non - asbestos material, steel on sintered material, which gives long life; there is no hysterisis problem. The application areas are packaging machines like bag maker, pouch maker, and ffs machine, which require maximum cycle rate and accuracy. With electromodule, it can go up to 150 start stops per minutes on a bag maker with suitable over excitation control. More than 300 units are working in india on the various packaging machines. Due to constant response time of the clutch and brake through out the life, there is no wastage. The initial investment is recovered in a short time.
