| Francis klein & co pvt ltd supplies rodless linear electric cylinders. The name of the model is loadmaster 80. It is perfect for high bending moment applications. The bending moment of 750 nm can be taken by loadmaster 80. Extruded anodised aluminium is used to manufacture the linear electric cylinders. These cylinders have a motor and gearbox and provides movement to the carriage via either a ball or lead screw drive. Loadmaster 80 actuators are provided with electric motor, gear train and drive screw. Effective and economical linear motion is possible due to the direction change of the electric to mechanical energy. Loadmaster 80 has several unique features such as safety nut standard on all ball screw units; stroke up to 1.5 mts; load up to 2000 n and bending moment possible up to 750 nm; speed up to 110 m/sec; modern self-supporting aluminium extrusion design; ce approval; and self locking. It is also provided with 12, 24 or 36 v dc motor and trapezoidal or ball screw drive. It offers perfect fittings with any kind of medical, handicap or rehabilitation equipment or anywhere load needs to be moved vertically or horizontally. For this reason is has huge application in hospital equipment, handicap lifts, x-rays scanning, pallet handing, etc.
